One day in 2023, Jennifer Mannion, posted a story to her Instagram, where she is better known as @Jennyyyy_fit. "Would anyone like to meet me for a run?" she asked, hoping to find one or two like-minded women who wanted to share some miles with. Little did she know that this one post would spiral into an entire running group – one of London's best-supported women's running crews.

Runners and Stunners, as it is known now, provides approachable, safe and fun weekly runs for women. It's more than just running though, Jenny has made it very intentional to communicate that it is as much about friendship and connection as the running itself. The crew now also has outposts in Manchester and Bristol, connecting runners across the country!

Runners and Stunners meet every weekend for a 5-10km run (sometimes further) at 6:45-7:30/km pace. Stops are made along the way to make sure everyone is included.
