Community code of conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone who takes part in our runs and events. We believe running should be enjoyable, supportive, and safe for all. That starts with how we treat each other.

Our expectations:

  • - Treat others with courtesy, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • - Be inclusive and considerate of different abilities, backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
  • - Respect personal boundaries, space, and consent - on runs, at events and on social media.
  • - Communicate in a positive way, including via online channels.
  • - Avoid behaviour that could make others feel uncomfortable, excluded, or unsafe.

Our commitment:

  • - Fostering a culture where respect and kindness are the norm.
  • - Addressing inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour early and fairly.
  • - Supporting anyone who feels uncomfortable or affected by another person’s behaviour.
  • - Taking concerns seriously and handling them sensitively and confidentially.

Speaking up:
If something doesn’t feel right, members are encouraged to speak to a run leader or staff member. Raising a concern helps keep the community positive and welcoming for everyone.
