RETURNS
We offer free returns.
- Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days to process. Your funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment.
To return an item online, simply follow these steps:
- Request returns label email us at info@runlimited.co
- Prepare your return Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package. Attach your label to the parcel. Please include the packing slip inside your parcel (if an online order).
- Return and track: Return your order and track it to make sure it arrives at our warehouse.
- Wait for refund: Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded to your original payment method.
To return an item in store please make sure you have your 4 digit order order number to hand.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style, please place a new order.
