Warranty Claims & Faults

If you find a fault with your item or wish to raise a warranty claim, please email customercare@runlimited.co and our team will help advise the best way to resolve it.

To help our team make an informed decision, please let us know how the product has been used to date (approximate mileage, conditions, surfaces etc) and attach the following photos to your email:

Footwear:

  • The full soles of both shoes
  • The sides (inner and outer) of any shoe affected by a fault
  • A photo of the label inside the shoe
  • One or more close-ups of the fault(s)

Apparel & accessories:

  • A full image of the front & back of the product
  • A photo of the label
  • One or more close-ups of the fault

We aim to get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your message, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.

If an item is agreed to be faulty, we may ask that the item is returned to us. Once this is agreed, you can use our tracked returns service and the £3 returns label charge will be waived.

Please note: your items remain covered against inherent manufacturing faults beyond six months, but after six months from the date of purchase, the Consumer Rights Act asks the customer to show that a fault was present at the time of purchase, rather than the result of normal wear and tear. Additional photos, and more extensive details of the issue and your use of the product may be requested after 6 months to help us assess this fairly.

Occasionally we may request input from the product manufacturer to help distinguish an inherent manufacturing fault from expected wear and tear.
