We loved celebrating with you all at our launch party last week, well done to those who raced…it wasn’t an easy one! If you’re yet to check out the new store, take notes as these locations are worth paying a visiting to sweeten the deal of making a trip over to Coal Drops Yard. 

As you exit our doors and take a right, you’ll find only two doors down from us is Outsider Store. If you’re not already familiar with these guys, be sure to pop over. Retailing versatile and functional outdoor gear from worldwide brands like Mont Bell, Arc’teryx, Gramicci, Pa’lante and more. The team are always up for a chat about the outdoors and you’ll find it’s not hard to immerse yourself in the store. 

If you take a left from leaving the store and head down the stairs, it’s hard to miss Mare street market, if you live in East London you will be familiar with this name. The indoor market has plenty of options with all day dining, cafe, bar, deli and much more. RCA Records is also holding a pop-up within the market, if you fancy diving through the history of vinyls, be sure to pay them a visit.

The Canopy Market located just off Granary Square takes place in a Victorian market hall. Throughout the year they run a series supporting a community of artists by exhibiting their work, so keep your eyes peeled! The market is a collection of street food, design makers and artists, plus there’s craft drinks and music. FYI happy hours at the bar is between 4 - 8pm , a great way to spend the weekend if you ask me.

Luckily for us, the canal is only a 5 minute walk from store and if you think that’s good news, Regents Park is less than 3kms away. If you loops back to Coals Drop Yard after a run, you’ll be spoilt for choice: Ensemble is just down the road sitting in the Granary Building, grab yourselves a pastry and take a seat out on the terrace.
