Cannot rave enough about how good Raif’s service was. Not only did he nail it with the shoe recommendations, he gave some super helpful advice on my running form and had a zero pressure approach. So much better than every other running shop! And great range of shoes.

I felt really apprehensive about attending my gait analysis as it’s the first time I have ever stepped foot in a running shop, never mind having my running observed! However, Scott done an awesome job of making me feel welcomed and relaxed, even fitting me in 15 mins earlier than my appointment. Scott talked me through the process, explained what each stat meant and why it was good/bad. He also gave me some great feedback on my running form, which for a beginner runner was great to hear. Would 100% recommend using this store. Especially as they are independent and are not restricted to only recommending one brand.

I came in looking for a pair of marathon shoes, and they did a proper gait analysis using a foot sensor insole, which gave me valuable insights into my running style. Excellent experience at this new store in Baker Street. Did a Gait Analysis which was super efficient and helpful. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Brought out 5 pairs of runners for me to try. They did not push me to buy any but I purchased ones that felt super comfortable on the treadmill and look forward to using them. Walked in for gait analysis, lucky to have an available spot. Liam was extremely helpful, patient and professional to solve all my queries and doubts. Tried a couple shoes and run tests on them, but did not feel pressured to purchase anything. It took me 1 hour because I was trying many times and having lots of questions. Was advised for different shoes to purchase outside somewhere else but I still got a pair in the store due to the preference I have.
