Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the UK only.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, or occasionally another equivalent tracked delivery service.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Some items may be fulfilled by our store team rather than our warehouse. In these cases, orders may require an additional day of processing.

Delivery Options

Standard Tracked Delivery (3–5 working days)
    • £4.99 on orders under £150

    • Free on orders over £150

Premium Tracked Delivery (1–2 working days)
      • £6.99

Premium tracked orders should be placed before 3pm to ensure the quickest possible dispatch. Orders placed after this time may be processed the following working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

 
RETURNS

We offer a subsidised, tracked returns service with Royal Mail for £3 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund. This fee will be manually waived in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
        • Returns must be made within 30 days of your delivery date.
        • Returns of sale items must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
        • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and original packaging.

Online returns:

        • Please include your order number in the return parcel.
        • All garments are subject to inspection.
        • Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days to process your refund.
        • Funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment.

In store returns:

        • Online orders and in store purchases can both be returned in store
        • To return an item in store, please have your order number to hand

EXCHANGES 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style, please place a new order.  

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order before dispatch, please email customercare@runlimited.co as soon as possible after ordering.

We will do our best to cancel before your order is processed, but this is unfortunately not always possible, especially during bank holidays when the customer service inbox is not monitored but stores are open and processing orders.
