We welcome you to join us throughout the week at 19 Cheapside, EC2V 6AH.
Hosted by Chris Hatfield from Run Your Mind, we're bringing you an inspiring panel of speakers, Sha Hussain, Mark White and Luke Vanderfeen.
The evening will consist of a mindful 5 km run, with questions linked to mental health, to ask one another on your run.
We'll then head back to The Shoe Room for a panel discussion covering important topics around men's mental health.

Are you looking to update your running shoes?
We are bringing you a fresh new take on gait analysis.
Starting in your current trainers or neutral shoe, we’ll start getting you comfortably moving on the treadmill. Using the Arion smart wearable insole we’ll analyse everything from footstike, balance and contact time. From this information we can identify the shoes suited to your gait. We’ll go through the process again with each option to identify the right shoe for you. You’ll leave prepared to take on your next run with knowing which shoe is right for you and a detailed summary of your gait analysis so you can really scrutinise the data.
We have partnered up with The Running Room to offer sports physiotherapy sessions from the shoe room every Tuesday.
