Run Smarter with Arion

Step in, gear up, and let the data do the talking. With advanced Arion tech, we analyse your foot strike, balance, and contact time to match you with your perfect running shoe. Science meets stride.

The Shoe Room Gait Experience™

We’ll start by getting you moving comfortably on the treadmill in a neutral shoe. Using the Arion smart wearable insole, we’ll capture detailed insights into your gait. With this data, we can identify which shoes best match your unique movement patterns. By the end of your session, you’ll not only walk away in the right running shoe, you’ll also receive a detailed gait analysis report to explore your data and better understand your stride.

FAQs

Do I need gait analysis?

Gait analysis is most suitable for runners who:

  • Are returning post injury
  • Have recurring niggles or injuries
  • Have just finished a training block.

Gait analysis is designed to help optimise your training and find the best shoe to compliment your unique gait.

If you are new to running, we recommend coming in for a shoe fitting. You can walk in any time for this service. Your gait may change a lot as you pick up your training. It’s most important to get correctly fitted shoes.
