Adrian Varzaru's journey to document the London Run Club scene takes us to Run Your Mind, A club founded to not only to encourage physical health, but to improve the mental wellbeing of all who join for a session.
Founder Chris Hatfield is a Mindset and Wellbeing Coach who provides free mental health focused runs to the community through Run Your Mind. On Thursday and Friday of each week, the group meets for a 5km run where opening up to other members is encouraged through written questions, prompting mental health discussion and fostering a supportive community.
