Wassup people, I’m Sam from NoMeatDisco, I’m a plant based content creator who has been creating recipes for 5 years and built up an audience across many platforms. I started running when I chased Jonty from Runlimited across the country with a camera when he was completing the coast to coast challenge in the Lake District. I thought to myself if he can run across the country as a “Non Runner” with not too much training then I can also do mental challenges like that and that's where my running journey began. 


I’ve given you 4 recipes here that are perfect post run. They are packed full of protein and flavour, all plant based so you're hitting all the nutrients you need. They all don’t require too much effort, especially the brekki and lunch, so they are easy to make after a long run or speed session.

Who wants some protein brownies…? 

Who doesn’t love a brownie, they never get old to me. So I thought I’d make a protein version so that you can have a sweet treat but still hit your protein goals. Also I balanced the sweet with a salty peanut butter and tahini drizzle and I also added lion's mane powder to them for extra brain power!
