Cup of tea; shower; plan what I’m going to do for the day; check Strava and give my kudos out!!

How about what gets you out the door to run?
Knowing that I will feel epic afterwards: releasing endorphins and seeing some friends on my run will make me feel better. Listening to some banging tunes on the move will clear my day if I am stressed.

What excites you about the running community in London?
So many people can participate: it’s accessible to everyone no matter what speed, distance you want to do, or background you’re from. And that you can go somewhere and feel inspired to be a better version of yourself!
