In a sentence, tell us about yourself

What gets you up in the morning? What’s the first thing you do?
Probably that inner voice saying make the most of the day, or the fear of missing out. I tend to start with a run if I can. If that's followed by a decent coffee and vegan almond croissant then I'm a happy man.
What gets you out the door to run?
Having such a busy schedule, work, meetings, life, cliche as it sounds, I don't use music, so long runs genuinely give me time to clear the brain, think of new ideas and gives me balance in what can sometimes feel like chaos.
What excites you about the running community in London?
I'm excited to see the plans we have come to reality, what's to come is like nothing else…. And it's just the beginning. I can't wait to see the excitement and joy on peoples faces at the events we have coming up, to bring all the communities together, and people connecting…very excited.
There are still so many opportunities for the beautifully diverse communities across London, see individuals flourish, communities thrive and we hope to be there to create and support that.
What was your personal inspiration behind Runlimited?
For me, coming from a surf skate background, having those shops as inspiration, a hub for all but a place you want to be and you leave inspired. I want to change running retail, make it exciting, accessible, break down barriers, collab with the best communities and brands in the world in a totally new way.
Favourite shoe of all time?
If we are thinking of an everyday runner, right now the New Balance 1080. Race day?!? It has to be the Adidas Pro 3. I can’t wait to test out the Pro 4...but one of the most underrated shoes of all time for me is the Adidas Takumi Sen.
